Pressure Sensitive Laminator and Mounting system with a 64" width. The Orca 64-TH is capable of finishing prints with pressure sensitive films and mounting adhesives up to 61" in width and at speeds up to 20 fpm. Top heat capability helps reduce 'silvering'. Added Features Runs pressure sensitive films and mounting adhesives as well mounting capabilities at speeds up to 20 fpm. Swing out Load/NGo film shafts facilitates fast film changes. "MasterDial" control panel allows operator to select parameters by pressing a Mode button and then spinning the dial. Top heated main roller reduces initial silvering of pressure sensitive over laminates. Pneumatic pressure on main rollers provide a smooth and consistent operation. Feed table drops down for easy threading and has vacuum for handling wide prints.
