Shipping Policy:
Most orders are shipped via United Parcel Service and are usually processed within 1-2 business days from receiving your order. However some items require special handling and other shipping methods. Please note that the shipping calculations are best estimates only and are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to contact you if there is a discrepency with the shipping estimate and actual shipping charge before we process your order.
Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us immediately about your order. Please call 703-524-2125 with your request. Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase. The item(s) must be unopened, unused and in its original condition. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number to return the item(s). All returns are shipped at your expense, require a Return Authoriztion Number and will incur a 20% restocking charge. Refunds will be credited to your charge card.
Custom and Special orders are non refundable.
Purchase Order Numbers
We accept Purchase Order Numbers from federal, state, and local government agencies. Please contact us at 703-524-2125 for special processing instructions.
Sales Tax
Standard Graphics is required to collect sales tax for purchases shipped to Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. If you are exempt from paying sales tax in any of these states, please provide your tax exempt certificate and number prior to placing your order. Please email
mdonson@standardgraphics.com or fax 703-524-1704 your tax certificate and we will update your account.
