Q: SALES TAX
A: Standard Graphics collects sales tax on items shipped to Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. If you have a tax exempt certificate, please fax it to 703-524-1704 or email it to
mdonson@standardgraphics.com.

Q: SHIPPING
A: Most items ship via United Parcel Ground Service. Quoted shipping charges are based on UPS Ground rates and are subject to change based on the specific shipment. You will be notified if there is a discrepancy between the quoted price and the actual charge. We ship within the USA.

Q: RETURNS
A: Standard Graphics wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please notify our office by calling 1-800-732-2510 within two weeks of the date of the purchase for a Return Authorization Number. Returns will be accepted on new, unused, and unopened merchandise in its original packaging with a 20% restocking charge. All returns are subject to approval. Customers are responsible for the expense incurred to return merchandise to Standard Graphics.
